Designed specifically for kaiako, these interactive tutorials take the planning and guesswork out of teaching te reo Māori. Using our colour semantic cards, I guide you and your ākonga through a structured learning journey, beginning with simple sentence patterns and gradually building towards more complex and varied language structures.

Each tutorial includes:

This idea was created and trialled in classrooms and has been incredibly successful with enabling every one of our tamariki, regardless of their writing level, to write independently in Te Reo Māori across a range of contexts.

Our kāri and are beautifully illustrated with tamariki in mind, so as they independently build their sentences, they are able to understand the meaning of each kupu and the sentences they have created.
